• Process your payment and send receipts

• Lob — to send certified mail on your behalf (name, address, letter content)
• Stripe — to process payments securely
• Customer.io — to send transactional and account emails
• OpenAI — to power AI document generation (case details are submitted to generate your documents)
• Google Analytics — to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources, so we can understand how people use our site and improve it
• Meta (Facebook) — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. The Meta Pixel collects anonymized data about site visits and conversions. You can opt out of Meta tracking at your Meta ad settings

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
